What To Know About Trick-Or-Treating In Greenfield

Masks are recommended for trick-or-treaters and people handing out candy alike.

GREENFIELD, WI — The coronavirus has impacted many things this year, but, with the proper precautions, Halloween trick-or-treating does not have to be one of them.

The City of Greenfield announced on its website that the trick-or-treating tradition will go on this year. The annual activity will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31.

The city asks households hoping to hand out candy this Halloween to turn on their porch lights. Trick-or-treaters, their guardians and those handing out candy are asked to wear masks.
