RACINE COUNTY, WI — A 58-year-old Oak Creek man has been arrested and faces multiple charges after sheriff's deputies in Racine say he was caught carrying "Dank-A-Licious Cannabis Syrup" in addition to having host of drugs in his system at the time of a two-vehicle crash in Racince County.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Racine County, a sheriff's deputy on patrol learned that the driver of a gray Subaru, later identified as Brzezinksi, pulled out in front of a truck that was driving south on Highway 36, when the two vehicles collided Monday.

When questioned, Brzezinski told deputies that took 24 medications daily, and admitted taking Gabapentin, Sertraline, Benadryl, and Baclofen eight hours before the crash, according to the criminal complaint. He also admitted to drinking half beer after authorities found an open can of Coors in the car, the complaint stated.
