Fire Damages 3 Trailers At Racine County Mobile Home Park
A fire on Saturday damaged three mobile homes at Hickory Haven but nobody was injured, the Racine County Sheriff's Office said.
RACINE COUNTY, WI — Three trailers became engulfed in flames at Hickory Haven Mobile Home Park in Racine County Saturday evening but nobody was injured, according to a news release from the Racine County Sheriff's Office.
Several people called authorities just before 6 p.m. to report black smoke coming from the area. Firefighters found the three trailers on fire but sheriff's deputies confirmed nobody was inside of them. Multiple fire departments arrived to extinguish the flames, the sheriff's office said.
The cause of the fire was not immediately clear. The area was closed off for several hours amid the blaze, authorites said.
