Footage Shows Man Growing Marijuana On Someone Else's Land: Cops

RACINE COUNTY, WI β A Racine man has been arrested and charged after authorities in Racine County say he set up two marijuana grow operations β one in his home in Racine and a second on another person's property in Caledonia.
According to the Racine County Sheriff's office, deputies searched the home of Gregg R. Gulbrandson on Tuesday morning, and found 23 marijuana plants in pots. Agents also recovered 270 grams of finished marijuana product, 551 grams of marijuana butter, marijuana grow equipment among other items.
Authorities also learned that Gulbrandson was also involved in an outdoor grow operation at a property located in the 5700 block of Highway 31 in Caledonia.

According to the Racine County Sheriff's office, surveillance equipment showed Gulbrandson trespassing as he tended to his grow operation that was on private property not belonging to him.
Court records show that Gulbrandson has been charged with manufacturing THC as a second offense, possession of THC with the intent to distribute, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gulbrandson is being held in the Racine County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond. He's due in court on Oct. 23.
