Foxconn Installing Roof On 1 Million Square Foot Factory
Two months after raising the first wall panel into place, Foxconn says they've reached another construction milestone in Mount Pleasant.

MOUNT PLEASANT, WI β About two months after lifting the first vertical wall panel into place, company officials at Foxconn say they've started installing the roof at their one million square-foot electronics manufacturing building in Mount Pleasant.
In August, company officials at Foxconn marked the beginning of construction with a ceremony showcasing the first of nearly 400 precast concrete panels that was raised into place.
Now, in mid-October, the roof of the same building β touted as North America's first thin-film-transistor liquid-crystal display factory β is officially underway.
