Investigators say the truck driver was heading east on Minnetonka Drive when he said he encountered a mechanical issue with the truck. The driver said the issue caused the truck to veer to the right, where it went into the ditch.
Once in the ditch, the driver said he was not able to get the truck back onto the paved surface of the road, and the incline of the ditch caused the truck to roll onto the passenger side of the truck, sheriff's officials said.
