Gas Tank Getaways: A Little Bit For Everyone at Menomonee Park

Menomonee Park is the perfect getaway for the do-it-all solo adventurer or for the whole family. Whether you are into hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming, geocaching or archery, there's a place for you at Menomonee Park. 
If you can't fit in all the fun in one day - no worries. There are seven group campsites and 33 family campsites you can reserve to plan a weekend retreat. 
Menomonee Park is 470 acres of forest, wetlands and a quarry lake. If you're a biker, there's a trailhead for the Bugline Trail that extends from downtown Menomonee Falls to the Town of Merton. 
The quarry lake is surrounded by a groomed beach, and is a great spot to catch some rays. There's also a section on the lake designated for scuba diving. 

Where: Menomonee Park is located in Menomonee Falls at W220N7884 Town Line Road. It is 1 1/2 miles north of State Highway 74 and east of County Highway V.

Park Hours are sunrise to 10 p.m. 
Beach Hours (June to Aug):
11 a.m. - 7 p.m. weekdays
10 a.m. - 7 p.m. weekends and holidays

How much:

Entrance fees are $3 weekdays, $5 weekends

Camping fees are $21.50 reservation, $14.50 per unit per night, and $11.25 per unit per night with an annual sticker.

Special treat: The 16-acre quarry lake is well known for clear swimming, fishing and non-motorized boating.
