Local Yarn Store Quality Comes to Sew 'n' Save
Sew 'n' Save is now offering an extensive yarn gallery in addition to everything quilters need.
Quilters are also active knitters who like to crochet as well, and it was a surprise to Sew 'n' Save Owner Jim Deibler how popular his new yarn gallery would be.
Sew 'n' Save is located at 3701 Durand Ave., in the Elmwood Plaza.
"A lot of quilters are also knitters and they crochet, too," he said Wednesday. "I didn't realize how much crossover there is."

Fabric gallery manager Karen Jansen-Potter said she was expecting between 50 to 100 people, but registrations online numbered almost 250.
There is an open house on April 27 for summer classes, many of which will feature the new yarns on colorful display at the store.
