Archibald told police he was the one being "bullied" on the roadway, saying the other driver was slamming on his brakes in front of him, according to the complaint.

The driver described Archibald's gun to police, a silver and black handgun, the complaint said. Archibald, with a valid concealed carry license, was carrying a silver and black 9mm handgun in his waistband covered by his shirt, according to police in the complaint.

When police pressed him about how the other driver could describe his handgun, Archibald told police maybe the man saw it when he looked in his window, according to the complaint.
