Man Threatened Kenosha Kwik Trip Worker With Airsoft Rifle: Sheriff
The sheriff's department requested a terroristic threat charge for a man accused of threatening an ex-coworker in Somers on Monday.

SOMERS, WI — The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department is seeking to charge a man with making felony terroristic threats after authorities said he pointed an airsoft rifle at a Somers gas station employee on Monday, the agency said in a news release.
According to the news release, an employee told deputies that the man went into the Kwik Trip in the 5800 block of 31st Street with a realistic-looking airsoft rifle and pointed it at an employee around 1:30 p.m., saying if anyone came near he would shoot her. Sheriff's deputies arrested the man and nobody was injured.
The employee the man was accused of threatening had previously worked with him at a grocery store, the sheriff's department said. Law enforcement confronted the man, and he dropped the airsoft rifle, but he raised a knife to his own neck and yelled for deputies to shoot him, according to the sheriff's department.
