Man Who Carried Rifle Into Somers Kwik Trip Arrested: Sheriff
Sheriff's deputies tasered and arrested a man who walked into a Kenosha Kwik Trip on Monday with a rifle and a knife, authorities said.
SOMERS, WI — Sheriff's deputies tasered and arrested a man who walked into a Kenosha County gas station armed with a rifle and a knife on Monday afternoon, according to a news release from the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department.
The Kenosha Police Department said there was a large police response to an armed robbery.
Deputies were called out to the Kwik Trip in the 5800 block of 31st Street in Somers just before 1:20 p.m. Sheriff's deputies confronted the man, who was also armed with a knife in his hand, authorites said.

Deputies from the KSD tasered the man and took him into custody, the agency said. No patrons or officers were injured in the incident. Authorities did not release more information.
