RUSD is making a splash this winter as construction of the District's Aquatic Center comes to an end. An official ribbon cutting marked the momentous occasion Dec. 8. 

RUSD is making a splash this winter as construction of the District's Aquatic Center comes to an end. An official ribbon cutting marked the momentous occasion Dec. 8. 

“It’s an opportunity to do something that, quite frankly, not everybody has the opportunity to do,” said Racine County Executive Jonthan Delagrave. ”This school district has shown that it’s important, that it’s a priority.”

Usage plans are still in development, but the aquatic center offers space for large swim events, parties, fitness classes, swim lessons and more.
