Want to Volunteer? Schools of Hope has Opportunities
Tutoring elementary school students in reading has a track record of success. Schools of Hope is accepting adult volunteers for the 2013-2014 school year.

Making a difference in the life of a Racine Unified student through the power of reading is pretty awesome.
Schools of Hope is hosting an informational session at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the United Way of Racine County, 2000 Domanik Drive.
Adult mentors/tutors are needed at these RUSD elementary schools this fall:Â Fratt, Giese, Janes, North Park, Olympia Brown, Roosevelt, S.C. Johnson, and Wadewitz.
Becoming a mentor/tutor not only empowers the student, it also has a pretty big impact on the adult. Read about Editor Denise Lockwood's experience with two students at Olympia Brown by clicking here.
