Here are five nonprofit groups you should know about in the Muskego area:
1. Waukesha County Food Pantry: The pantry depends on donations, whether it is food or funds. People can call 262-542-5300 to get involved.

2. Habitat for Humanity Waukesha: With a goal of providing affordable housing to all in Waukesha County, Habitat for Humanity offers volunteer chances to help build homes and accepts donations.
3. Muskego Senior Taxi Service: The service, which accepts volunteers and donations, has a mission to "work with our community to provide reliable transportation for seniors 60 and older and adults of any age with intellectual or physical disabilities to improve their quality of life and to provide peace of mind for their loved ones."
