Dayton Young Helps Lake Forest College Men's Basketball Team Win Midwest Conference Championship
Dayton Young, a senior center from Muskego, Wisconsin, is part of the Lake Forest College Midwest Conference championship men's basketball team. The Foresters won 72-53 at Monmouth College on Saturday, February 11 to clinch the 2011-12 Midwest Conference championship. The victory was the Foresters' team record 19th of the season against just two losses and the team is 15-1 in league play. Lake Forest College will host the Midwest Conference Tournament on Friday, February 24 through Saturday, February 25. For more information, click here.
The Lake Forest College men's basketball team is coached by Chris Conger. The associate head coach is Ken Davis and he is assisted by coach Dewayne Evans and coach Kyle Taber.
Young is a graduate of Catholic Memorial High School.
