Taste of Home Serves Up Traditional Irish Favorites, From Soup to Dessert, for St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is almost here – a day to wear green, cheer on the parades, and enjoy some of the most delicious food this side of Dublin. • CHOCOLATE GUINNESS CAKE: One bite and everyone will propose a toast to this moist, chocolaty cake. The cream cheese frosting resembles the foamy head on a pint. Submitted by Marjorie Hennig, Seymour, Indiana.
• HOMEMADE IRISH CREAM:  Add some creamy goodness to your cup of joe with a splash of this alcohol-free version of the Irish favorite.  Submitted by Marcia Severson, Hallock, Minnesota
