Bowling for Business: Young Professionals Hope You've Got Time to Spare

Networking takes on a different spin, if you'll pardon the pun, but the Muskego Chamber's Young Professionals group hopes to draw interest for up and coming entrepreneurs

The best and brightest in Muskego's business climate are often some of its youngest, so the Muskego Chamber of Commerce has created a "satellite" group called Muskego's Young Professionals.

The group's first event will be held at Alpine Lanes on Wednesday, May 1 at 5:30 p.m. and the $15 per person cost includes two games of bowling, "network bowling," and pizza. However, the casual environment doesn't detract from the intent of the group to connect those in their 20s and 30s to build their careers as well as their connections.

"We are really excited to launch this group. Young professionals are our future business leaders and our source of economic development in our community.  This group has our mission and vision in mind: Making our community a great place to live work and play.  This group will focus on networking and learning with other Y.P’s.  An open sharing concept is encouraged” said Tina Weiss, Executive Director of the Muskego Chamber of Commerce.
