Business in Bloom
Bringing back a floral business to the city, 'Leaves' comes to town.
Just opened on Monday, April 23, word has quickly spread from our readers that a new floral shop had opened in Muskego. 'Leaves' Floral Design and Gift Boutique owner and designer Jamie Foshey is a Muskego native and 2000 graduate and said the ink was still drying on the lease agreement for the storefront, which is located in the mall on the north side of Janesville Road near Bay Lane Drive.
"I had been operating out of my home for about a year, and it was time to move the business into its own space," Foshey said.
The interior is still awaiting the full glory of wall-to-wall plants, flowers and decor, and Foshey said she's hoping to help out other local businesses by giving them a space to feature their products - like decor, crafts and other locally handmade items - inside. However, orders for prom flowers, and upcoming Mom's day rush can be taken on the spot, and a cooler featuring loose flowers and arrangements are also ready to go.
