Call of Duty: Looking For Veteran's Stories
Memorial Day will be here before you know it, and we'd like to again feature five different veterans' stories in the week leading up to it. Know of someone we should talk to - like you?

This is by far the most rewarding part of my job: telling the stories of the people in our city, especially of those people you may not suspect of having a fascinating tale to tell.
Last year, we had the honor of remembering the and women who served in , , and those who and . We even were privileged to talk with a , a woman who has since passed away, and that is precisely why we need to hear these pieces of history.
Who do you know that has served in the military and would be willing to share? Generally, veterans feel talking about their experience is 'bragging,' however, my advice is that if they don't tell their story in their own words, someone else might, and get it wrong.
