Man cited for OWI on the lake gives a repeat performance behind the wheel of his car en route to the Muskego Police Department

A 53-year-old Franklin man was arrested for operating a boat while intoxicated on Little Muskego Lake on July 5. Exactly one week later, at 10 a.m., he drove to the Muskego Police Department to ask questions about that arrest — and got nailed again, this time for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

- A maroon Pontiac was struck by a hit and run driver while it was parked at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Janesville Rd.
- A resident in the W12800 block of Emerson Dr. reported an attempted entry to the residence.
- A 41 year old Muskego man was arrested for drunk driving in the W17700 block of Janesville Rd.
Saturday, July 7 –
- A domestic dispute at a residence in the W13700 block of Boxhorn Dr. led to a 48 year old Oak Creek woman being arrested for her second drunk driving offense.
- A 19 year old Muskego woman and 23 year old Sturgeon Bay woman were arrested for trespassing on Adrian Dr.

- Several vehicles were cited for parking on the grass at Park Arthur.
- A noise complaint was received regarding Danny Haskell’s, with a report of a patron loudly yelling profanities. The bartender was advised.
- Two sets of keys were found near Janesville Rd. and Crowbar Dr., and turned over to the police department.
- A resident in the S9300 block of North Cape Rd. received a citation for lighting off fireworks, after he had already been advised on June 30th of the fireworks and burning ban in effect in the city.
Monday, July 9 – A theft from vehicle was reported in the W19300 block of Sunset Dr.
Tuesday, July 10 –
- A political sign was stolen from a yard in the W20000 block of Burningwood Ct.
- Several complaints of a black Chevy Cavalier operating near Durham Pl. and Cornell Cir. in a reckless manner led to a 19 year old Muskego man receiving a citation.
Wednesday, July 11 - A mailbox in the S7800 block of Woodberry Lane was damaged.
Thursday, July 12 –
- A custodian at Muskego High School reported that someone removed the lug nuts on his car while it was parked at the high school.
- A solar lawn light was stolen from a yard in the S7900 block of Ladwig Dr.
- A Milwaukee man reported a gun and laptop computer were stolen from his unlocked car while it was parked in the S8400 block of Racine Ave.
Friday, July 13 – Around 2 a.m., a resident reported a white pickup truck with a slightly loud exhaust was parked in the W17500 block of Clearbrook Dr., and it appeared as if someone had run along the side of his neighbor’s house. The neighbor believed that gas had been siphoned from his vehicles.
