Crime Corner: Muskego Vehicles Have a Rough Week
A rash of break-ins and hit and runs take their toll on vehicles this week.

Thursday, Nov. 3 – A USF Holland truck was struck by a red Chevy Blazer near the intersection of Moorland Rd. and Janesville Rd. around 12:15pm. The blazer, operated by an older white male, fled the scene. It sustained right front damage.

The tailgate from a blue Dodge Pickup was stolen from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the W13200 block of Hawks Trail.
A 26 year old Wind Lake man was cited for a Hit and Run accident at Denoon Saloon.

Sunday, Nov. 6 –
A 41 year old Franklin man was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property after breaking a car window in the S6300 block of Regency Ct.
A resident in the W13200 block of Winsor Rd was cited for excessive noise related to the operation of an ATV.
A 28 year old Muskego woman was arrested for shoplifting at Pick N Save.
Thursday, Nov. 10 –
A 28 year old Muskego man was arrested for auto theft after stealing a car in the S7900 block of Ancient Oaks Dr.
A home in the W12700 block of Woods Rd. was burglarized. A 50 year old Milwaukee man known to the victim was observed at the residence by a neighbor the day before, and is considered a suspect.
A representative of Austin Diversified Products was advised not to solicit without a permit in the S6800 block of East Dr.
A resident in the W14200 block of Roger Dr. reported that gas was stolen from his vehicle, and his gas cap was damaged in the process.
Friday, Nov. 11 –
An air conditioning unit was stolen from a vacant house in the W19300 block of Richdorf Dr.
A 26 year old Muskego man was cited for illegal dumping at Bluhm Park.
Saturday, Nov. 12 –
A third shift officer located a vehicle with an open rear hatch in the W18000 block of Muskego Dr. The vehicle appeared to have been gone through, but nothing was taken.
Medication was stolen from a vehicle parked in a garage in the S9300 block of North Cape Rd.
A resident in the S6700 block of Kipling Dr. reported that someone tried to enter her residence through a window.
Sunday, Nov. 13 – At approximately 3:15am, officers responded to a report of the sound of a vehicle spinning its tires in the area of Bushy’s Pub. Officers found a subject had jumped a curb and got his vehicle stuck. The 28 year old Muskego man was arrested on his 3rd drunk driving offense.
