Does Muskego Have a Curfew?
Muskego Police reports answer the question, with teens out late and getting into trouble are featured in the blotter

Call it a case of spring fever, but Muskego Police "counseled" their share of juveniles in the past couple of weeks.
A traffic stop on Racine Avenue at Woods Road onΒ April 6Β resulted in a 17-year-old Racine man driving the car being cited for operating after suspension and having open intoxicants in the car. His passenger, an 18-year-old Racine man, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.Β
On the same day, in the early morning hours, two 16-year-old Muskego boys were arrested and charged with retail theft in connection with a theft that was reported at Kwik Trip on April 4th. One of the youth was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

On April 7, seven boys, ages 16-17 were advised against operating their 4X4 trucks recklessly down Mystic Drive.Β
In answer to your question, yes Muskego does have a curfew, which applies to children 16 years of age and younger. Two Muskego boys, ages 14 and 15, were arrested and charged with a curfew violation after running from an officer in the area of Tess Corners Elementary School just after midnight on April 14. Curfew is 11 p.m.Β

In addition, a 17-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for shoplifting and obstructing an officer onΒ April 25Β after she fled Kohlβs Department Store through an emergency door with merchandise, and then went to a residence on Golden Country Drive.Β

Saturday April 6 β A resident in the S9100 block of Parker Drive reported a no parking sign had been struck by an unknown vehicle two days prior.Β
Sunday, April 7 β
- A complaint of fireworks in the area of Woods Road and Racine Avenue was received. Officers were unable to locate the source.Β
- A resident in the W18700 block of Gem Drive was advised against running ATVs and Go-Karts on the road.Β
Tuesday, April 9 β
- A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Gloria Court resulted in an 18 year old Muskego man being arrested for drunk driving and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Β
- A steel bench was reported taken from a property in the W20200 block of N. Shore Dr.Β
Thursday, April 11 β
- Two people were arrested for shoplifting at Kohlβs Department Store. The first, a 39-year-old West Allis man, was also arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant, while the other, a 33-year-old West Allis woman, was held on a probation and parole hold.Β
- Residents at a home in the S7200 block of Durham Court had to flee from a fire in the basement of the residence. No one was hurt, and while the cause of the fire was undetermined, it was not believed to have been criminal in nature.Β
Friday, April 12 β
- A 19-year-old Muskego woman was arrested for shoplifting at Kohlβs Department Store.Β
- A homeowner in the W19600 block of Cedar Hill Court reported having his lawn damaged three times in the last three weeks. The damage normally occurs between 5 p.m. and 12 a.m.Β
- Two mailboxes in the S6300 block of Hillendale Drive were struck by an unknown vehicle.Β
Saturday, April 13 β
- A 19-year-old Waukesha woman was arrested for Shoplifting at Kohlβs Department Store.Β
- A resident in the area of JDβs on Hillendale Dr. complained that the music at the establishment was too loud. The bartender was advised and closed a window and turned down the music.Β
Sunday, April 14 β A 36-year-old Muskego man was advised of a complaint received that his motorcycle was making too much noise in the W13400 block of Loomis Drive.Β
Monday, April 15 β Damage to the Muskego Public Works garage was reported. It appears the damage occurred by a semi-type truck after work hours.Β
Tuesday, April 16 β A resident in the W17100 block of Muskego Dam Road reported that they believed someone had siphoned gasoline from a vehicle gas tank on the property.Β
Wednesday, April 17 β A fight between neighbors in the S6300 block of Regency Court resulted in citations for disorderly conduct for a 20-year-old Muskego man and a 41-year-old Muskego woman.Β
Thursday, April 18 β Two West Bend women, one 35 and the other 31 years of age, were arrested for shoplifting at Kohlβs Department Store.Β
Sunday, April 21 β
- A 20-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunk driving in the area of Racine Avenue and Parker Drive.Β
- A bicyclist refused medical treatment after riding into a parked car on Woods Rd. at Parkland Dr.Β
- The windshield of a car parked in the W18300 block of Martin Drive was shattered.Β
- A 22-year-old Muskego woman was arrested for possession of heroin in the W12400 block of Tess Corners Drive.Β
- A resident in the S8800 block of Racine Avenue was advised about illegally shooting off fireworks.Β
Tuesday, April 23 β
- A 34-year-old Waukesha man was cited for operating without a license for the third time after being stopped on Racine Avenue near College Avenue.Β
- A 31-year-old Union Grove man was cited for operating after revocation (drunk driving related) in the W13700 block of Durham Drive.Β
- The windshield of a car parked in the W17000 block of Dlynn Court was smashed.Β
- A 48-year-old Muskego man was arrested for his 3rd drunk driving offense after striking mailboxes in the W12400 block of Tess Corners Drive.Β
Wednesday, April 24 β Neighbors reported a small fire at an unoccupied home in the W14100 block of Tess Corners Drive. The fire was extinguished with no damage.Β
Thursday, April 25 βΒ A 20-year-old Muskego man was arrested for his second drunk driving offense after a traffic stop in the area of Bridgeport Way and Baylane Drive.Β
