Join the family and friends of Evan Coubal, who died one year ago at Bay Lane Middle School from an injury to his head at Acres of Hope and Aspirations, a facility that rehabilitates brain injury patients.
A memorial stone bench will be dedicated, and as many of the patients at Acres of Hope are also veterans, the day will serve as a memorial to the victims and survivors of the 9/11 attacks. Â
The public is welcome to attend beginning at 1pm, with the dedication at 2pm.
