Americans for Prosperity Foundation-Wisconsin in conjunction with the MacIver Institute will host the first-ever βItβs Working Wisconsinβ town hall on Saturday, January 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Waukesha Expo Center. This town hall will cut through the noise and provide important facts to the citizens of Wisconsin on this springβs budget reforms and the state of Wisconsinβs economy.
This town hall is a part of a broad-based educational effort to educate Wisconsinites about our budgetary situation including the abuses of collective bargaining, the truth about what the reforms actually did, and how the reforms are making Wisconsin stronger. It is critical citizens have the opportunity to not only to get the facts about this springβs budget reforms but also have a chance to get their questions answered.
The event will feature Representative Robin Vos, Waukesha County Executive Dan Vrakas, Tim Nerenz Ph.D., as well as a presentation by the MacIver Institute President Brett Healy. The program will also include a Q and A panel.
