Heroin Overdose Leads to Possession Charge
Muskego woman faces a felony drug charge after Muskego police officers found her unconscious in a bathroom after taking heroin, according to a criminal complaint.

A 21-year-old Muskego woman is facing a felony charge after she overdosed on heroin at a home on Ancient Oaks Drive on March 23, according to a criminal complaint.
Miranda L. Tromp was charged Thursday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to appear in court July 15 and she faces just over 1-1/2 years in prison if convicted.
Muskego police officers responded to the home at 2:59 a.m. for a report of a drug overdose. Tromp was found unconscious inside the bathroom, the complaint states.

Officers at the scene recovered a tin cooker, a syringe and a baggie containing heroin, the complaint states.
Tromp later admitted to injecting heroin, adding that she has a drug addiction, the complaint states.
