'House of Hoarders' Now on the Market

Muskego home that was the focus of many a collector has been cleared out and is ready to be sold...what value would you give the property?

A 'for sale' sign is now up on the front lawn of the home on Richdorf Drive in Muskego that earned the dubious title of because of the massive amounts of, well, stuff it held.

Shorewest Realty is listing the property, which was built in 1954 on Little Muskego Lake, for $350,000. The property does offer 43 feet of lake frontage, which for some can be reason enough to consider it, but as the website states, "the home is in need of repairs and improvements."

Two brothers, Bob and Don Sochurek, had lived in the home ever since their parents had built the property in 1954, and after Bob had died earlier this year, the property had to undergo a major de-cluttering to remove debris first, and then decades of items, including outboard motors, records, dishes, radios and various other household items. The estate sale drew hundreds of treasure seekers to the home over a four day period in April.
