Juvenile Sexual Assault Claims Under Investigation by Police

Muskego Police are continuing to investigate a report of sexual assault by a 13-year-old Muskego boy who was babysitting a 7-year-old and an 8-year-old boy.

According to police reports, officers were contacted on Oct. 31 after the 7-year-old told his parents that he was asked by the sitter to lift his shirt and lower his pants to expose himself to the older boy. Another 8-year-old boy corroborated the story, indicating he had also been asked to do the similar things.

The boys stated that they were also indecently touched by the older child, and had recalled about 15 such incidents where they were asked to play "naked games," according to reports.

The 13-year-old admitted to some of the incidents to police, which have also requested an investigation from the Waukesha County Department of Health and Human Services.
