Let the Playoffs Begin, Muskego
While they started last week, the NFL playoffs haven't been a huge focus until the Packers take the field. Area stores are stocked and ready to help you celebrate in green and gold glory.
It's later than we think, as the first round of playoff games began last week, but when your team has a bye, it's easy to forget. However, the Packers mania can resume again in full force Sunday at 3:30 p.m. and Muskego stores seemed stocked with supplies to wear and eat, all in green and gold.
For the most part, any grocery store in town will have the chips and dip, but we were looking for those Packers-specific deals and supplies. Here's what we found:
Aldi - hands down the least expensive offers in town on just about anything, including snacks, dips, deli meats and heat-and-serve appetizers. However if you're looking for the stand-out , ready-to-go hors d'oeuvres for your party or one you're invited to, you'll have to opt for the larger chains in town.

Pick n Save - their weekly ad includes an offer through a partnership with Miller Lite, where the purchase of two 24 packs allows you to take $5 off an apparel item valued at $10 or more. Packers caps were also featured at buy two, get one free.
Editor's Pick: - It seemed that every department had threads of gold and green, including bakery items, frozen bakery cakes, balloons and floral, hot appetizers and a case full of veggie and meat trays, all set to serve.

Editor's Pick: - generally stores will allow inventories to dwindle as the season wanes, partly in anticipation for the playoff championship gear to come, or because there's always next year. However, there were plenty of racks in kids and adults sizes, which offered more than just a couple of style options. Jerseys for Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews were also on sale and if you took advantage of the mail offer for additional percentages off, you'd not only look smart, you'd be smart to buy an extra piece for your wardrobe.
