Man Protests Ticket at Police Department, But Gets Another for 3rd OWI
Muskego Police advised an intoxicated man who came to contest a citation not to drive, but he learned the hard way that they weren't kidding.

Impaired judgment obviously affected a man's ability to take police seriously, as his appearances at the Muskego Police Department to contest an earlier citation ended up with him receiving a 3rd OWI, right in the parking lot.
According to police reports, Andrzej S Skrzyniarz, a 48-year-old West Allis man, was escorted out of Muskego Municipal Court at City Hall after he showed up intoxicated to contest a previously issued citation around 6:30 p.m. March 27. Police advised the man not to drive because of his condition.
The same man crossed the parking lot, came into the police department at 8:15 p.m. and was again advised, several times, not to drive due to his level of intoxication. Just a half hour later, police ended up arresting the man for his third drunk driving offense when he tried to drive out of the parking lot for City Hall and the police department.Β
