However Trevorrow's own situation went from bad to worse, as he was subsequently charged with his 3rd OWI, felony bail jumping and driving after revocation, while he awaits a trial for a burglary charge from 2012.

According to the criminal complaint:

The caller followed Trevorrow, the report stated, westbound into Muskego on Janesville Road. He "suddenly crossed from the center lane without warning or signal, entered the left turn lane and made a southbound turn onto Moorland," the caller reported. He nearly struck oncoming traffic as it went through the intersection, and upon entering the Jetz lot, the caller said Trevorrow nearly missed striking several other vehicles there.
Officers talked with Trevorrow inside Jetz and noted a lack of coordination and that he appeared disoriented. Field sobriety tests were taken, but suspended after he could not maintain his balance, according to the complaint, however the preliminary breath test revealed a zero reading.
After Trevorrow admitted he had taken his prescription for Alprazolam and Oxycodone earlier, he was taken to Waukesha Memorial Hospital for a blood test.
Officers were also informed of two prior convictions for TrevorrowΒ for OWI in 1997 and 2004, as well as a revocation to operate a vehicle. In addition, Trevorrow was found to be out on a $2,500 signature bond and is awaiting trial on April 30 for burglary charge elsewhere in Waukesha County.
If convicted, he could face a maximum penalty of eight years in prison and $14,500 in fines. His initial appearance in court was March 25, with a preliminary hearing set for April 4.
