Marcus Announces A Cure for Winter Blues for Kids

February will launch 'Kid dream' Winter film series to give the youngsters a bit of diversion for less

Marcus Theatres has announced the “Kids Dream” winter film series, presented by American Family Insurance. (American Family Insurance will also present the “Kids Dream” summer series, formerly known as “Kids Rule,” beginning in June 2012.) The weekly series featuring G or PG rated family films will kick off February 4, 2012

The upcoming winter film series (there will be a total of seven films shown) will be held on Saturday mornings at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m. Admission is only $2.00 per person. All films in the winter film series will be shown in standard 2D only.

“‘Kids Dream’ might be a new name (formerly known as Frosty Flicks), but children and adults will still enjoy great family-friendly films at an affordable price... We would like to thank American Family Insurance for joining with Marcus Theatres to present ‘Kids Dream’ at 35 locations in the Midwest,” said Bruce J. Olson, president of Marcus Theatres.
