The Little Muskego Lake District will meet at at 7pm, and the capital expenses of a new truck and weed harvester will be part of the discussion. The items were on the agenda for the Nov. 3 meeting, but it had been canceled due to the lack of a quorum. The district has stated the need for a new harvester to replace aging machines currently in their fleet of four, which cut weeds throughout the spring and summer seasons.  The budgeted cost for a new harvester is $175,000, and the district may borrow up to $115,000 toward the purchase. A new truck will also be leased for the district, which preferred the option versus purchasing as costs were more stable and easier to predict, especially with regard to repairs. Budgeted costs for this expense is $16,000.
