Meeting Preview: Muskego Common Council Discusses Veolia Expansion
The waste management company wishes to expand landfill limits from original agreement.

The Muskego Common Council returns after an extended break due to the referendum special election falling on the second Tuesday. The group will convene at 7pm at .
Among the agenda items up for discussion are the following:
- An approval of an agreement between the city and Veolia Environmental Services Emerald Park Landfill, which updates the limits of the company's landfill site. The original 1999 agreement was revised in 2005 for an expansion, and the new expansion is immediately adjacent and to the west of the first expansion.
- The council will also discuss approval of finance committee recommendations (should they reach the council) of a change in janitorial services for City Hall; granting the Mayor authorization to approve vouchers, as the last meeting of the common council for the year is canceled; and approving a contract for building inspection services.
The council meets in the lower level Muskego Room and the public is invited to attend.
