UPDATE Meeting Preview: Muskego Plan Commission Revisits Kohl's Design
Previous review of plans to update facade were turned down to have the retailer present a more compatible prairie style to suit the commerce area
Please note the Plan Commission Meeting was canceled as there were not enough members for a quorum. As soon as the meeting is rescheduled we will share that information.
The Plan Commission will meet at City Hall Tuesday evening at 6pm, with the following items on the agenda:
Kohl's Department Stores will present a revised plan to update its facade to the commission. Previously, renderings presented in December got mixed reviews, with most of the commission feeling that the style was too contemporary and didn't match the architectural plan for the area of a prairie style. While Kohl's said they couldn't completely revamp plans, there were some things that could be considered to more closely match what the city is looking for. Renovations are centered around the entrances and are not considered a total remodel.
