Muskego Blog Spotlight: Putting a Little Muscle Into It
We're spotlighting some of our bloggers this week, and hope to encourage others to join in with their own 'local voice.'

I sat behind Corey Pazkiewicz at a marketing meeting, and when he stated that he was a fitness instructor with a program that would provide nine times the fat-burning potential than running in a 30-minute workout, he got my attention.
For me lately, time is a premium, and I want to incorporate fitness to a greater degree, so I made sure to talk with him after the meeting. In addition, we're highly trained as editors to ask anyone to blog for Patch, so I had several angles.
I've indeed had the experience of Accel Fitness' boot camp for about two and a half months now, and have enjoyed many of Paszkiewicz's blogs on exercise, nutrition, and the myths that surround both.

Paszkiewicz said he has always been interested in fitness and nutrition, and as an instructor has been a coach without condescension. I appreciate that. I'm also glad to say he's a good writer too, and has a great voice in explaining in plain an somewhat abrupt terms, that running might be good for the heart, but after awhile, won't do much for your waistline.
Check out Corey's blog here, and if you've got something to say about fitness, nutrition, or anything else, consider blogging on Patch!
