Muskego Businesses See a Return of Unwelcome Customers

Two men who are suspected of 'casing' businesses to steal have returned, using the same M.O.

about George Cain and George Spears, who were suspected of stealing from area businesses and were seen again at a local dance studio acting suspiciously.

According to Lt. Dave Constantineau, Cain and Spears "liked to go into businesses and search through them for anything they could steal. If they were confronted, they claimed they were there to get a job application, information on services, etc. They were almost always found in areas of a business not open to the public."

Both men were arrested and charged with criminal trespassing last year for those events, and police hoped they would never see them again.

However, on Tuesday, Jan. 24, on Janesville Road reported two subjects matching Cain and Spears’ descriptions were in the office areas of their business. Cain and Spears were subsequently identified as the suspects, and the investigation is continuing.

Police are asking if these subjects were in your business to let them know by calling 262-679-4130.
