Muskego Lots for Sale by County

After a for sale sign went up at the site of a former BP gas station in Muskego, Waukesha County officials explained that any land acquired along Janesville Road in the process of the reconstruction project would need to be posted first for public sale.

This led us to investigate what other properties were also on the market, and we found one additional commercial property along with several residential lots that the county would like to get off of their books.

"We're really not in the real estate sales business, so any word that we can share to get these properties sold would be welcome," said Karen Braun, engineer with Waukesha County Department of Public Works.

• S76 W18283 Janesville Road; Vacant land, 0.79 acre single family residential lot. Asking: $69,900

• S77 W18447 Janesville Road; Vacant land, 0.27 acre single family residential lot. Asking: $42,900

• S77 W18475 Janesville Road; Vacant land, 0.38 acre single family residential lot. Asking: $59,900
