Muskego Police Looking for a Few Good Citizens
The fall 'semester' for Citizens Academy is open for applicants looking to learn what it's like to walk in the shoes of police officers.
The Muskego Police Department announced they are currently accepting applications for the next Citizen’s Academy class.
Classes start on Tuesday, September 25th and run through November 17th, with a graduation party on November 27th. Classes run from 7:00pm to 10:00pm, and teach you almost everything you need to know about what it takes to be a Muskego Police Officer.
Students will be instructed what to look for in a drunk driver; take part in simulated tactical situations, and when to shoot a simulated weapon at a bad guy; or shoot real guns at real targets; or learn how to drive a real police car.
