Muskego Public Library Offers Musicale for the Holidays

Annual sing and play display features talent from 3 years and up, and is a real small-town slice of the season

Penny Halle, librarian at the Muskego Public Library, displayed a sign up sheet filled with names of eager participants for their annual Holiday Musicale.

Beginning at 6:30pm on Tuesday, Dec. 20, songs of the season will be played and sung - and sung along with if you so desire - as part of the annual Christmas event. While the acts are only limited by the time allowed (the event is held until 8:30), Halle said anyone who would like to pull up a chair and enjoy is certainly welcome.

"It's a lot of fun - we take the back portion of the library to present it and it's just great to see the talent we have perform, especially the kids," Halle said. "I've seen kids come back every year for the past nine years, which is really special."
