Muskego's High Tide Has High Aspirations
A first year anniversary, and future plans to add more events keeps the longtime site for banquets cooking.
Once upon a time a bowling alley (some say the alleys are still under the floor), then a Clifford's Supper Club and then Williams, the building at the corner of Janesville Road and Kristin Drive has survived the years and the odds.
Christened last January, expectations were for a renovated and refreshed facility for dining and large banquets, and owners Bob and Sandy Hoormann are thankful for the support in their first year.
"In the past year we have meet so many nice people we would never have had the opportunity to meet had it not been for opening High Tide," Sandy said. "We also have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in the restaurant business. With the help of our great staff we look forward to the future."

Holding an anniversary party on Jan. 21, Sandy said the event "was a big success. We had the Liam Ford band and everyone enjoyed the music."
In addition, Liam Ford will be playing in the hall on St. Patty's day along with Irish food specials. Sandy said they are planning more musical groups for the hall as well as various events to attract a wider range of tastes.

"We have started cribbage on Monday nights and free wine tasting on the first Tuesday of the month. We will be starting bean bag toss leagues in the near future along with Foosball," Sandy added.
