Muskego Seeking Proposals For Janesville Road Parcel

The city of Muskego is soliciting proposals for a vacant parcel at Janesville Road and Lannon Drive. 

Muskego owns the land, where a BP gas station once stood, after agreeing to purchase the property last month. 

In an announcement on the city's website, officials noted the parcel is within a tax-incremental financing district and a redevelopment district, "allowing various incentive opportunities including a very low purchase price option."

Muskego is accepting proposals until Oct. 4.
