Muskego Woman Facing 5th OWI
Deana Damico already has two convictions and two pending OWI cases, and an incident early Sunday could lead to a pending fifth.

A 43-year-old Muskego woman was arrested early Sunday morning for what could be her fifth OWI conviction.
According to a news release from the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Dept:
Deana Damico was stopped on northbound I-43 at Beecher just after 3 a.m. when a Milwaukee County Sheriff’s deputy, who had been conducting a separate traffic stop, noticed her vehicle travel past him at a high rate of speed, next to the distress lane.

According to the release, Damico registered a .21 through a preliminary breath test. She was taken to Froedtert Memorial hospital for a blood draw.
Previously, Damico was convicted of OWI in Nov. 1997 and Jan, 2010. Pending cases still exist for incidents in July 2010 and February 2011. Her BAC was .27 and .29 in the two pending cases.

In addition, Damico had bench warrants for OWI and Failure to Appear in the OWI cases.
Damico faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted in the OWI fourth and fifth cases.
