- Juice Garden Cafe is a new business that is hoped to open next to in August, and owner Amy Hoeppner told the commission that the menu will include smoothies, juices, tea and coffee along with salads and other fresh fare. Additional space for outdoor seating was approved at the front of the business.

- s, which makes truck and rail loading dock equipment, faces City Hall, and as they have added employees steadily over the past several years, received approval to expand their facilities and upgrade their exterior on the existing building among the improvements. "I was in (City Hall's) parking lot, and I guess I never realized what our building looked like from that perspective," said owner Wayne Straus. "It's very white and stands out a bit. The changes we're requesting will be more muted and use earthtones in the exterior and roofing, to make it look better."
