New Retail Center in Muskego Set to Begin Construction in May
With 3 to 4 tenants expected, equipment has already started to appear on the planned development in front of Kohl's Department Store in Muskego
Expect a drive-thru coffee shop and a salon to take up residence in a new retail center at the corner of Moorland and Janesville Road, which should open later in 2013.
Josh Minkin with Alpine Commercial Real Estate, which has listed the retail center, confirmed that they are nearly complete on signing tenants in the facility. He told Muskego Patch that a coffee shop will occupy a space that will allow for drive-thru service, as well as a salon.
"There should already be equipment on that site, and we're looking to start construction on the property in about 60 days," Minkin said.

There will also be one or two more tenants to sign on, but Minkin could not comment further on who those would be, nor could he specify the names of the tenants that have already signed on.
The center received plan commission approval back in September, as Boulder Venture LLC purchased the land, which until June featured two homes on it.
