New Year, New Opportunity for Young Professionals
Muskego Chamber hopes younger talent will take advantage of the power of networking to build their business and their ideas

While seasoned professionals have contacts, it's the younger up and comers who have the better grasp of new technology when it comes to building their resumes. The Muskego Chamber of Commerce is hoping to tap into that edge by forming the Muskego Young Professionals (MYP) group.
With hopes that its youngest members will connect to help pave the future of business in the city, the MYP group is one of two that will be fostered under the wing of the chamber. The new groups could help broaden their reach while also targeting specific groups in business. (A Women's Business Connections group has also formed and will meet later in January.)
If you are a young professional, considered to be someone under the age of 30-something or so, and would like to meet up with other business-minded professionals to network and increase your own potential, take note. The next meeting for this group will be on Thursday, Jan. 3 at 4 p.m. at the Muskego Chamber of Commerce offices.Â

Members must also belong to the Chamber, but dues for the MYP are only $50 for the year. Members have the opportunity meet up monthly and take part in various committees like membership, marketing, volunteering and events.
