"With so many generous hearts, we raised $1,750 last year," said Unger. "Our new goal is $2,000 and we are only halfway there. With everyone’s help, we can reach this goal, but most importantly we can give these kids their best summer yet."
The restaurant hosted a rummage sale on Friday with proceeds going to Camp Heartland with books, children's clothes, holiday decorations and bigger ticket items featured under a striped tent in front of the restaurant.

However, Unger said the fundraising for the charity was not over.
"Our annual Tip Day will be our greatest push," he said. "All day, our employees’ tips earned are graciously going to Camp Heartland. This is storewide- dine-in, delivery, and carryout. You are more than welcome to stop by and donate without any purchase needed…every penny counts."
