PHOTO GALLERY: Rain Doesn't Dampen Enthusiasm For Parade
Despite the occasional drenching, crowds still came out to enjoy the annual festival parade.
It hasn't happened often, but it did indeed rain on our parade on Sunday.
However if there was a silver lining in the rain clouds, it was that crowds figured out how to stay dry and show up to enjoy the annual event anyway.
Happily, most of the time the parade units were marching down Janesville and then south on Racine Avenue to the parade grounds it wasn't raining. The parade honored the Muskego Woman's Club, celebrating 50 years of service to the community, and the theme was "A Hometown of Happiness."
