Accel Fitness - Uses a 20 to 30-minute 'bootcamp' format with many classes smaller and more personalized; studios are located in the Starz Dance facility in the Muskego Business Park. Exercises are a combination of cardio and strength training, and utilize weights and other 'props' like ropes or bands to build muscle. Classes are overseen by an instructor who also serves as a personal trainer given the smaller class sizes.

The new year usually introduces many new members, but also is challenging to keep them on track while incorporating their other resolution to eat healthier.

"Basically I have been getting a lot of requests for nutritional guidance and accountability starting the new years for people to help reach their goals," explained Corey Paszkiewicz, owner of Accel Fitness. "So the program will include a minimum of three workouts a week, with bonus workouts two to four times a month, with weekly weigh-ins and a conference call for all participants to ask questions about any struggles or issues they have."

Paszkiewicz said the idea is to keep people accountable not just to their instructor but their whole group. Proper nutrition and supplementation for everyone will also be part of the 12-week program, which will have various prizes for the best transformations.
