Schulte Found Guilty on Two Counts of Sexual Exploitation As Part of Deal

Muskego woman Annmarie Schulte was found guilty on two counts of sexual exploitation of a child, while two other counts of sexual assault and contact with a child were dismissed.Â
Schulte sat quietly in court Friday morning as the terms of a plea agreement were discussed in her case, where she hadshe had developed with a man on a sexual fetish website.
Schulte had been in contact with a man called 'David Webb' on an internet fetish site, and admitted she had sent naked pictures of a 4-year-old family member at his request. She was arrested in October after her husband discovered emails between Schulte and Webb. To date, Webb's identity or whereabouts have not been found.

, but Schulte's attorney Samuel Benedict explained that a plea agreement had been reached with the district attorney. The terms will have Schulte pleading guilty to the exploitation charges, with the remaining sexual assault charges dismissed.
Judge Kathryn Foster explained to Schulte that each of the counts carries a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison, which could be served concurrently, and a fine of $100,000. The prosecution also requested she undergo a presentence investigation, which could determine if there are extenuating circumstances to either lessen or increase the harshness of the sentence.

Schulte's attorney indicated that she was going to receive a psychiatric evaluation between now and the sentencing date, which is scheduled for September 21.
