Serendipity Opens Its Doors

The new Muskego business in repurposing old items opened its doors Wednesday night - what will you find that you can't live without?

It's a small shop in Muskego with great ideas in restoring items that might have been destined for the discard pile, and Serendipity Redesign owner Nicole Hahne has a knack for creating trendy and attractive furniture and decor from it.

The shop held an "opening night" on Wednesday, and is located at the corner of Janesville Road and Parkland Drive, just across from the Janesville Commons mall.

Hahne has the western half of the building, and says she's got plenty to fill the space, with much of it her own creation, and other items consigned from local artists. Prices are very affordable so shoppers looking to refresh their own space can buy more than just one item.
